Action 1 – Basic SME Digital Transformation

Beneficiaries of the Action: Medium, small and very small enterprises which:

● They have not yet integrated important information and telecommunications technologies (ICT) into their operation.

● Have at least one (1) full closed administrative use.

● They are active in the eligible KAD for at least one (1) year.

Eligible Expenses:

● Digital office equipment: e.g. Electronic computers, Multimachines

● Internet connection infrastructures: e.g. Indoor wiring for connection to a UFBB/SFBB

network

● Apps/Software: e.g. Microsoft Office, Firewall, ERP, Customer Management – CRM, Cloud, Warehouse Management – WMS, Digital Transaction Invoicing, CCTV

● Service provision for digital upgrade: e.g. Technical consultant, Researcher

The date of publication of the Detailed Call for the Action is defined as the start date of expenditure eligibility.

Amount of Investment Proposal: From €18,000 to €30,000

Boost Intensity: From 50 % to 60%.

Duration of Implementation of Investment Plans: 9 months< /span>

Action 2 – Advanced SME Digital Transformation

Beneficiaries of the Action: Medium, small and very small businesses which:

● They aim to expand their digital and technological maturity.

● Have at least one (1) full closed administrative use.

● They are active in the eligible KAD for at least one (1) year.

● They can secure a private participation of at least 25%.

Eligible Expenses:

● Websites/E-shop

● Apps/Software: e.g. Microsoft Office, Firewall, ERP, Customer Management – CRM, Cloud, Warehouse Management – WMS, Digital Transaction Invoicing, B2B/B2C

● Digital office equipment: e.g. Multimachines, RFID Readers

● Production automation systems: e.g. PLC, Digital motion systems, CCTV, Centrally controlled heating/air conditioning/lighting systems, Fail-Safe systems

● High-tech Equipment: e.g. 3D printers, Robotic systems/equipment, CNC, Digitally controlled driverless transport and traction vehicles (clark)

● Data Analysis Applications: e.g. Big Data, Business Intelligence

● Service provision for digital upgrade: e.g. Technical consultant, Researcher

Amount of Investment Proposal: From €50,000 to €650,000

Boost Intensity: From 10 % to 50%

Duration of Implementation of Investment Plans: 15 months< /span>

Action 3 – Digital Transformation of Leading SMEs

Beneficiaries of the Action: Medium, small and very small businesses which:

● They seek to implement integrated investments in cutting-edge technologies or 4th industrial revolution solutions.

● Have at least one (1) full closed administrative use.

Eligible Expenses:

● Production automation systems: eg PLC, Digital motion systems, CCTV, Centrally controlled heating/air conditioning/lighting systems, Fail-Safe systems

● High-tech Equipment: e.g. 3D printers, Robotic systems/equipment, CNC, Digitally controlled driverless transport and traction vehicles (clark), Digitally controlled mechanical equipment and production systems

● Apps/Software: e.g. ERP, KPIs, SCADA, CRM, WMS, Digital Transaction Invoicing, B2B/B2C, Heating/Cooling Control System Applications

● Data Analysis Applications: e.g. Business Intelligence, Digital Twin, Blockchain

● Service provision for digital upgrade: e.g. Technical consultant, Researcher

The date of application submission is defined as the start date of expenditure eligibility.

Amount of Investment Proposal: From €200,001 to €1,200,000

Boost Intensity: From 25 % to 50%

Duration of Implementation of Investment Plans: 18 months< /span>

Proposal Submission Period for all Actions: It will be announced in the Detailed Call for Action and the evaluation will be immediate, in the order in which applications are submitted (FIFO).
